Below you’ll find some useful information for your stay. The entrance to the house is located at Via Burano 28 and is accessed via the private garden.
The house and the outdoor courtyard are covered by a Wi-Fi network for surfing the Internet. The login credentials can be found below.
The hot/cold air conditioning is adjusted using remote controls located on the upper and lower floors of the house. The temperature is preset, but you can adjust it.
NOTE: The temperature should not be set above 20°C in winter or below 25°C in summer. For greater comfort, it is recommended to close the doors on the upper floor.
The bedrooms are located on the upper floor, both with direct access to the terrace. Your beds are already made. If you need extra blankets or pillows, you’ll find them in the master bedroom closet.
For stays longer than seven nights, linen will be changed on the eighth night.
The house features a bright living room with a kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for 4 people: oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, induction hob, and kettle, as well as a small pantry with tea, instant coffee, sugar, dishes, and pots and pans.
A small storage room, convenient for storing luggage, is located under the stairs.
The external utility room, accessible from the garden, also features a washing machine, clothes horse, eco-friendly cleaning products, an iron and ironing board.
